What I'm here for
Strategic insight
Someone who's scaled operations from employee #2 to the founder's chair, helping you see the next move clearly.
Tactical advice
Org design, systems, P&L, fundraising, the messy day-to-day — concrete answers, not theory.
A safe space to brainstorm
Half-formed ideas welcome. Somewhere honest to think out loud, with no judgment and no agenda.
“Dan gives a refreshing view that is neither judgmental nor negative, focused not only on what you are doing but also the events that led up to it, enabling you to be the best founder you can be.”

FAQ
How does this actually work?
We start with a one-hour weekly check-in. From there, text or email me whenever something comes up — I'll reply fast for quick gut-checks. When a decision needs real depth, we book time asap and work through it together, end to end.
What do founders usually bring to you?
Most often it's strategy questions and half-baked ideas — those moments of indecision where you just need a gut check or a confidence boost. Beyond that: growth strategy, whether to pivot, how to turn something into a repeatable process, pricing, fundraising, hiring, firing — and honestly, sometimes that hard co-founder conversation you've been avoiding.
How much does it cost?
$750 per month, cancel anytime. The first conversation is always on me.
Is what I share confidential?
Always. Everything we discuss stays between us — that's the whole point of a safe place to think out loud.
Do you have references?
Of course, happy to provide them and any other information.
Let's talk.
Tell me what you're building, first conversation is on me.
